Monthly volunteer meetings.

On the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month volunteers attend a meeting. The first is held at 491B 4th Street, Courtenay and the second is held at the Comox Rec Centre, Noel Ave. Comox. The meetings start at 12.00 and tea and coffee are served. Some bring a bag lunch to eat during the meeting.

The first meeting is all about volunteers and their clients. It is a time to talk to other volunteers about any problems with your client or to share a story about your client. The clients name is not mentioned so confidentiality is kept.

The second meeting is an educational meeting with an invited speaker. We encourage volunteers to submit topics they would to learn more about.

Anyone interested in learning more about Senior Support is welcome to attend.
